Day 5⃣ the carpet has been pulled from...

I don't quite understand why the proverbial, " change is difficult" seems so trivial until its YOU that the change is being applied to. You look at someone's change and think, how arrogant or unappreciative can they be, just be patient and thankful, so many have it worse. Well today the change is being applied to me, to us, to the whole organization. We are soon to lose 2 of the most well rounded folks - our folks and it stings... Change is once again in our conversation and the comparisons is our only language. Today, I resolve to grow, to learn, to conquer the change. Today I am strong and determined to conquer...boy, am I REALLY SCARED or what?!!!!
