Day 4⃣ plan more get MORE

I've realized the more you set to accomplished the MORE you actually get done. If you set no goals- you will hit that mark every time. This is a very exciting, but scary time in my career. A time to see what you got! Do I have it? I have to keep focused. I have many ideas what I would like to see happen this year, but just as my reasonable and family gols- I think I must write them out. I noticed that this was the area I only had two goals. The quickest I jotted down, but in reality it's alot more complex than that. I need to learn how to be a better example, a better leader... In my family category of goals- we are doing great!!! I have enjoyed the laughter, extra hugs and kisses at our prayer time with kids.... I so love these moments and somehow I am positive they feel the same... Check out crazy pics...
